I'm so proud of my latest offering at the once-again SPLC maligned JBS...
"[He that] Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him."
This proscription against the grave sin of usury might sound like something out of the Koran to a contemporary American but it is actually the prophet Ezekiel speaking in the Bible.
Now this would be the same version of the Bible we believe that presidential candidate Ron Paul was working out of when he recently castigated his fellow presidential aspirants for their incredible willingness to abandon Christian teachings on the practice of just-war in favor of launching a pre-emptive nuclear strike against Iran.
Paul is on the mark for calling on Americans to revisit what their own scriptures say regarding war. (more...)
And rightly so. It's really great. Thanks.

Indeed. And thanks for turning me on to Dr. No.

Note the NYT smear tactics through the ordering of paragraphs:
Anti-Semitic site posts Ron Paul material
Ron Paul is friends with the John Birch Society
Kooks in UROC support Paul...many Birchers in UROC who were supporters of Barry Goldwater.
So, I guess the NYT would like readers to think Birchers are anti-Semites who supported that kook of his day Goldwater.
Nonetheless, by next summer I expect many more people are going to be turned on to Dr. No.
